ABOUT ME
Passionate about the intersection of Economics and Art, I have focused my professional journey on the economic aspects of the art market, including cultural economics, art investments, and the development of art ecosystems.
Currently, as a PhD student at the University of Catania, I aim to deepen my knowledge of quantitative and econometric methods while nurturing a future in academia within the cultural economics sector, especially in contemporary art markets.
My research interests include price formation in the visual art market, the dynamics of the international art trade, organizational structures and networks (art galleries, auction houses), and the broader economic development of the art sector, including issues such as Baumol’s cost disease.
